U.S. journalists freed

Two American journalists, detained in North Korea since March, were reunited with their families today after arriving in California on a private plane.

Laura Ling and Euna Lee were sentenced to 12 years in labor prisons in North Korea in June, after covering defectors living along the China-North Korea border.

The country's state-run media announced Tuesday the two journalists had been pardoned, after Former President Bill Clinton traveled to the country seeking their release.
