Why so many public outbursts?

Kanye West's interruption of Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards set off a firestorm of chatter on public civility. The discussion was already brewing after Rep. Joe Wilson shouted "You lie!" during President Obama's health care speech and tennis superstar Serena Williams yelled threats at a linesman after a controversial call.

We're asking you to take a good, hard look at all these public outbursts. What’s causing people to behave like this? Do these incidents signify a decline in our society's civility, and what is the solution? Or, do you think some or all of these are staged attempts to steal the limelight?

Collect your thoughts on these tempests and send us a concise video response. Tell us what you think, share your feelings and, of course, keep the discussion civil.
