Getting fit with Dr. Gupta

Do you want to get fit? CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta is looking for five people living in the U.S. who are ready to change their lives.

 

Send a video submission telling us why you're an ideal candidate for the Fit Nation Triathlon Challenge -- a 6-month journey that ends at the Nautica New York City Triathlon on July 18, 2010. The Olympic Distance race consists of a 1500m swim, a 40k bike ride, and a 10k run.

 

Keep your videos short, no longer than three minutes. The deadline for submissions is December 14.
