Lately, Congress can’t seem to agree on anything. A seven-week extension to disaster-relief funding has averted a government shutdown for the time being, but the possibility of another looms in mid-November. Gridlock is preventing bills from being passed and the government isn’t moving forward much, some would say.
If you ran the government what would you change? What programs would you cut? What would you remove from the government’s power? How would you solve gridlock and work across party lines?
