Where you live can influence your health for better or worse. The inability to access quality food contributes to poor health, while accessible healthy options can prolong and improve your life.

CNN.com is interested in finding and sharing stories about how the places we live contribute to our health.

Send us video showing where you go to get your food, and telling us why you go there. Do you shop at a farmer’s market, a grocery store, or do you eat mostly take-out? Is it within walking distance, or do you need to drive? How is the quality of food?

Do the food options in your neighborhood make healthy eating easier or more difficult?

Format: Video
