Do you swear by your Neti Pot?

It’s allergy season, and across the country people are suffering itchy eyes, sore throats, and stuffed noses. Some swear by the Neti Pot, a device originated from yoga medical tradition that irrigates your sinuses. Some think this concept is a little disgusting, but there are some passionate Neti Pot users out there who use them regularly, and even decorate them.

Do you have a Neti Pot? Tell us why you think it helps you feel better (or not). Don’t show us how you use it, but tell us about what it means to you, and if you have any special ritual surrounding it.
