Thirty years ago, Atlanta, Georgia, was caught in the terrifying grip of a string of murders of African-American children. Newspaper and TV reports about the Atlanta Child Murders shook the nation and reminded parents to keep a close watch over their children. Fear subsided after a music promoter named Wayne Williams was convicted in two of the killings. Now serving two life prison terms, Williams insists he is innocent.
