Thirty years ago, Atlanta, Georgia, was caught in the terrifying grip of a string of murders of African-American children. Newspaper and TV reports about the Atlanta Child Murders shook the nation and reminded parents to keep a close watch over their children. Fear subsided after a music promoter named Wayne Williams was convicted in two of the killings. Now serving two life prison terms, Williams insists he is innocent.
What do you remember about those fearful days? What do your friends and relatives recall? Grab your video camera and tell us. Send us your family snapshots from those days.
