Typhoon Megi threatens China

Powerful Typhoon Megi, also known as Typhoon Juan, hit China on Saturday, sending hundreds of thousands fleeing as it made landfall in the southeastern province of Fujian, state media reported.

 

Meanwhile, the typhoon killed 11 people in Taiwan and left about 400 tourists stranded.
