Are you looking for a reason to change your life? Tired of making excuses? Sign up for a chance to train alongside CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta for the 2011 Nautica New York City Triathlon -- Tri it out!

Submit a 2-3 minute video, detailing why you should be one of this year's "six-pack" selected for the training, and you could be on your way to a new and better you!

Participants should be new to the sport of triathlon, and will be expected to blog regularly throughout their journey. CNN will cover all triathlon-related expenses, travel expenses, 6 months worth of personal training and nutrition coaching! Participants will be followed by CNN camera crews over the 6 month training period, and the journey culminates on August 7th, 2011 at the finish line!
