Grammy- and Oscar-winning singer/songwriter/actor Isaac Hayes died on Sunday at the age of 65. He is best known for writing the theme song for the 1971 movie "Shaft", which earned him an Oscar for best Original Song and two Grammy awards. He also voiced the character Chef on "South Park" for several seasons, earning him a new generation of fans.
