Boot camp: Editing your story

You have a story and you have a visual. Now it’s time to trim the excess edges and make your story tight and precise.


When editing, remember to think of the story’s meaning and make sure you use that as a guide for what to include, what to leave out and where to  begin. Proofread for any grammar or spelling mistakes and to make sure all your Ts are crossed and Is are dotted.


Please submit the first three paragraphs of your edited story by Monday, September 19, at noon E.T.
