More than 1,200 people have now been arrested since violence began in parts of England, police said. British Prime Minister David Cameron said police in London acknowledge they initially delayed too long before taking action to arrest rioters and looters, as he addressed Parliament Thursday.
Violence initially sparked by the shooting death of a 29-year-old man in London spread to other parts of the nation Monday night, with dramatic scenes of blazing buildings and confrontations between police and hooded youths.
If you're in one of the UK cities where there's rioting, we'd like to hear what the scene is like. What emotions are you feeling in regards to the riots? Share your photos and videos, but please do stay out of any dangerous situations.
