Off the coast of Ecuador lies a group of 19 islands that have tantalized many a traveler.
So fascinating is the beauty and biodiversity of the Galapagos Islands that Charles Darwin was inspired to come up with the theory of evolution after his stay in 1835.
Not only are there lots of living things to see, but there are also plenty of geologic features created by the volcanic landscape. There's also a large marine reserve around it.
Have you ever been to the Galapagos? Share your photos and videos, as well as your tips for things to do and your favorite things to eat while visiting.
Our friends at Eatocracy have also been publishing posts about food in each of our Desination Adventure locations, so be sure to also show us what you ate while you were there.
Tell us about your Galapagos experience! You could be part of CNN's Destination Adventure.
