There's more to Korean cuisine than kimchi and barbeque.

 

Popular dishes include hoeddeok (sweet pancakes), japchae (stir-fried noodles) and soondubu jiggae (tofu stew), to name a few.

 

In this assignment, we want you to share your favorite Korean dish. Maybe you tasted it for the first time on a trip to Seoul. Or perhaps it's an old family recipe.
