Gas prices are surging again, especially in the state of California where they have gone above $5.00 in some areas. Analysts say prices are going up for two reasons: oil prices are rising, and refineries are shutting down.

Here’s what to do:
1. Snap a photo of the highest gas price you encounter.
2. Include the name of the gas station, the location, and the date.
3. Tell us your breaking point: At what price will you alter your driving habits?
