President Barack Obama is expected to call on Congress to pass a one-year extension on the Bush-era tax cuts for people earning less than $250,000 a year.
On the campaign trail, the president continues to call for a tax increase on the wealthy -- those making more than $1 million -- saying they need to pay their "fair share." Thousands of high earners pay no federal taxes.
Here's the question up for debate: Should the rich pay more taxes? Or, do you think the current Bush tax provisions for the rich are fair?
Turn on your video camera and tell us what you think about taxing the rich. The most passionate and well-thought-out responses could be part of CNN's politics coverage, and even featured in a one-on-one debate!
