The Obama administration recently said it will stop deporting young illegal immigrants who were brought to the United States as children if they meet certain requirements. Soon after, the Supreme Court rejected key parts of Arizona's immigration law but upheld its most controversial provision.
Under Obama's new policy, people younger than 30 who came to the United States before the age of 16, pose no criminal or security threat, and were successful students or served in the military can get a two-year deferral from deportation.
What do you think of the president's policy change? Effective or purely political? What do you think of the Supreme Court ruling? Could these decisions directly affect you or someone you know? What does immigration mean for your community? Share your thoughts here on video, or post a text iReport.
