A record 4,280 athletes with physical disabilities will compete in the London 2012 Paralympic Games, from August 29 to September 9.
The Paralympic games are the second largest sporting event in the world after the Olympics.
Here at iReport we want to see the most spectacular, unusual and above all fun images and videos about the Paralympics from around London and beyond. Will you be cheering on your country? How will you be celebrating? Let us know! The best submissions could be featured in CNN's Paralympic coverage.
And if you or your child has a physical disability, we’d also like to hear from you. Put yourself on camera and tell us: What do the Paralympics mean to you? How have you been inspired by the games? Please record a short video (under 1 minute) and you could be featured in a special TV segment with CNN’s Josh Levs.
NOTE: For legal reasons please do not send any videos taken inside official Paralympic venues.
