Election Day 'I Voted' challenge

On Election Day, many polling stations hand out a sticker to signify that you cast your vote. It's not the most important thing about voting, but it's a fun and easy way to show that you took part.

We're inviting iReporters to take a photo wearing your "I Voted" sticker on Election Day.

For states without voting stickers, some people have gotten creative to prove they voted. Or, we also made a sticker you can print out and proudly wear! We'll be taking note of which states we've heard from throughout Election Day, so be sure to join in and represent!

When you submit your photo, put your state name in the headline and tell us why you voted in this election. Your story could be part CNN's election coverage.

UPDATE: This assignment is now closed. Thank you to everyone who tok part! You can see some of the best "I Voted" iReports in our Open Story.
