Tiny plant projects

Having a little piece of the Earth in one’s home can completely change the character of a living space. But not everybody has room for a lush lawn or garden plot.

Some decoration-savvy people are adding creative terrariums and container gardens that can fit in spaces as small as mason jars or discarded light bulbs; a touch of green with Bonsai and kokedama; or even small moss ball planters.

Do you have a tiny plant project in your home? In honor of Earth Day on April 22, share photos and videos with CNN iReport. Explain how you made it, and what you planted. You could be on CNN.

Update: This assignment is now closed. We featured some of your stories and tiny gardens in this CNN story. Thanks to everyone who participated.
