Remembering Paul Newman

Academy Award-winning actor Paul Newman has died. Newman, who was 83, lost his battle with cancer September 26 at his home in Connecticut.

 

Newman starred in many well-known films, such as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Cool Hand Luke, Hud, and The Hustler. He won multiple awards for his performances, including an Oscar for best actor for The Color of Money in 1986. He was also the founder of Newman's Own, a philanthropic line of food products that donates all proceeds to charity.
