Same-sex couples react to Supreme Court rulings

The U.S. Supreme Court has struck down a key provision of the Defense of Marriage Act -- ruling that same-sex spouses legally married in a state may receive federal benefits.

The Supreme Court also dismissed the California Proposition 8 appeal, ruling that same-sex marriages can resume in that state.
